Security at orbo.work

  • Each agent works in its own isolated sandbox with no direct internet access.
  • Data is encrypted on its way over the internet and where it is stored; access to connected accounts is also encrypted with a key that belongs to each company.
  • Your company's AI provider keys never enter the sandboxes where agents work.
  • Each company's data is kept separate from every other company's.
  • orbo.work is hosted in the European Union.

01Isolated sandboxes

  • Each agent works in its own isolated sandbox, a small virtual machine made for one piece of work and removed afterwards.
  • Sandboxes have no direct internet access. Their requests pass through orbo.work, which checks them against your company's rules, and they cannot reach one another or our internal systems.

02Encryption

  • Connections to orbo.work over the internet are encrypted, and stored data is encrypted at rest.
  • Access to connected accounts, agents' saved website sign-ins and meeting content are also encrypted with a key that belongs to your company. Those company keys are themselves encrypted with a master key kept apart from the data.

03AI provider keys

Your company's AI provider key stays in orbo.work's own service and never enters a sandbox where an agent works. An agent gets a short-lived pass instead, which ends with its piece of work.

04Each company kept separate

Each company's data is kept separate in our database, so one company's work cannot be read for another.

05Access

  • Every part of orbo.work has only the access it needs.
  • Only named members of our team can reach the production systems.

06Hosting and backups

  • orbo.work is hosted in the European Union, and its backups are kept there too.
  • We keep backups so data can be restored after a failure or a mistake, and delete them on a fixed cycle.

07Error reports

Error reports carry identifiers and technical details about what went wrong. They are built to leave out names, email addresses and the content of your work.

08Security review

  • We review orbo.work's code for security issues and fix what we find in order of severity.
  • orbo.work does not yet hold an external security certification. We will list any here when it does.

09Reporting a problem

If you find a security problem, email [email protected] with "Security" in the subject. Please give us a chance to fix it before telling others. We will answer, and keep you updated until it is fixed.
