In short
- These companies process customer data to help us run orbo.work. Each receives only what its job needs.
- We update this page before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data.
01Our subprocessors
| Company | What it does | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Microsoft Azure | Hosts orbo.work: servers, database, files and the agents' isolated computers. | Sweden (EU) |
| Cloudflare | Carries traffic to orbo.work and protects it from attacks. | Global network |
| Recall.ai | Its bot joins calls as the orbo.work notetaker. It deletes its copy of a call within 24 hours. | Germany (EU) |
| OpenRouter | Routes call audio for transcription, Orbo's spoken replies and, when orbo.work supplies the AI model, model requests, only to providers that keep nothing and do not train on it. | United States |
| DeepInfra | Turns call audio into text, through OpenRouter. | United States |
| Together AI | Can produce Orbo's spoken voice in calls, through OpenRouter. It receives only the words Orbo says, never anyone's audio. | United States |
| The AI provider a company chooses | Does the agents' thinking and writing, under the company's own account with that provider, such as Anthropic, OpenAI or Google. | Depends on the provider |
| Tavily | Web search for agents. | United States |
| Resend | Sends orbo.work's emails. Resend is a United States company; our emails are sent from its Tokyo region. | Japan |
| Sign in with Google. | Global network | |
| Sentry | Error reports, with identifiers only. | European Union |
| PostHog | Usage numbers, counted without cookies. | European Union |
| incident.io | Alerts our team when orbo.work has a problem. It receives alert details, never your company's content. | United States |
| Apple, Google and Mozilla push services | Deliver browser notifications you turn on. The notification is encrypted so they cannot read it. | Global network |
02Services your company connects
When a company connects its own accounts, such as Google or Microsoft email and calendar, GitHub or Slack, orbo.work exchanges data with them on the company's instructions. They are the company's providers, not our subprocessors, and their own terms apply.
How orbo.work handles data from a connected Google account is set out in our Privacy Policy, under Google user data.
03Changes and agreements
We update this page, and its date, before a new subprocessor starts handling customer data.
