A shared inbox that answers the routine and raises the rest.

orbo.work’s Inbox and support agent works a shared mailbox like support@ or hello@. It reads each new message, sorts what arrived, and drafts answers to routine questions from what your company knows. Anything that commits the company, like a refund, a price or a date, goes to a person to decide, and replies wait for a person’s OK until it has proven itself.

What it does

  • Sorts what arrived

Each new message is read in full and sorted, so nothing sits unread.

  • Answers the routine

Questions your company has answered before get a drafted reply, from the company’s memory and the thread.

  • Raises what needs a person

Refunds, prices and promised dates go to a person with the reply proposed, never sent on a guess.

  • Learns how you answer

What your team tells orbo.work once is known to every agent, so answers stay consistent.

You stay in control

  1. It drafts.

Every reply starts as a draft in the same thread.

  2. A person approves.

You decide who approves what in each project.

  3. It earns more room.

Once it has proven itself on one kind of reply, it offers to stop asking. You can always take that back.
