Quotes that went quiet get a follow-up.

orbo.work’s Sales follow-up agent chases quotes and proposals nobody answered. Connect Gmail or Outlook, and when a client hasn’t replied by the deadline, it reads the thread and writes a short follow-up in the same thread, in your company’s voice. It asks before sending, and every email it sends keeps its message ID as proof.

How it works

  1. It notices the silence.

A quote or proposal has had no reply by its deadline.

  2. It reads before it writes.

It reads the whole thread and what your team knows about the deal.

  3. It drafts one clear follow-up.

Short, specific to what was quoted, with one question. It never invents prices or dates.

  4. You approve, it sends.

The email waits for a person’s OK, then goes out in the same thread, with its message ID kept.

Why it gets it right

  • It knows what was agreed

Say once that a client gets Net 30, in a call or in Chat, and the agent writing the quote already knows.

  • It sends from your account

The follow-up comes from your mailbox, in the same thread, not from a tool’s address.

  • Nothing goes out unseen

At first every email waits for a person’s OK. After it has proven itself, it offers to stop asking.

  • Limits you set

Set limits per project, like only emailing certain people.

Questions

Will it email clients without asking?
Not at first. Every email waits for a person’s OK. After about ten approvals of one kind of email, half with a real result and none corrected, it offers to stop asking, and you can always take that back.
Which email accounts does it work with?
Gmail and Outlook. The follow-up goes out from your own account, in the same thread.
Does it know what we agreed in a meeting?
Yes, if it was said in a call orbo.work joined or shared with the team. What one person tells orbo.work, the whole team’s agents know. Private chats stay private.
